She continues: "The certificates are good for 90 days; some restrictions apply including blackout dates. Some coupons are good only for dinner; others specify days they can be used. All require at least two diners be present; some stipulate that two entrees be ordered. Read each restaurant’s restrictions carefully before you buy to make sure they work for you. The certificates are not a bargain unless you can use them. There is a $2.00 service charge per order. You can buy as many as you want for each place and give them as gifts.
