And now it's (gulp) the last day of September

Yikes! The summer flew by. In recent months, ART & SOUL helped fourteen couples "tie the knot" and one couple celebrate their Indiana ceremony w/ a New Mexico reception. Watch for many of those weddings to be posted in our wedding gallery at ArtandSoulEvents.com > Weddings > Gallery.

Received a fun-spirited reprimand from fellow coordinator, Kelly McWilliams (Weddings by Socialites based in Cape Coral, FL), for not updating my blog since June. What can I say Kelly, we've been busy!!

ART & SOUL Weddings and Events (ASWE) would like to thank Donna Olmstead at the ABQ Journal for featuring ASWE in the Boomer edition of last Sunday's Albuquerque Journal, and giving me a reality check with the article's attached photo. After doing a doubletake (that's me?!? overindulging in my bride's wedding cakes and the fabulous food of the great caterers we work with?!?) I went on the South Beach Diet, met w/ a nutritionist and commited to getting back in shape for my 2007 weddings. Am happy to report I'm on day six of the SBD...and will share progress as I shed the excess "me."
